1 Moving to a new house on Wed Jul 22, 2015 7:43 pm

Well, started a new job a month ago and will be moving into a house the beginning of next month.

It has a small attached garage, so, maybe I will get a little building done.

Been a while since I was able to contribute anything more than a "well done" here and there. Maybe I will get my roll back started up again, and my 39 chevy and then my 54 chevy, then the airplane with my son......... Shocked

So much to do!

Thanks, signed the lease last night, got permission to make the garage mine.

It is small, but, It should work out pretty well.

Ok, so, it has taken our family a long time to move. (Still don't have everything moved out of old house.)

I am getting ready to build a 7' workbench, this will be out in the garage, which means, I will need to figure out how to heat it in the winter. (Got some heaters, so, this may work out.)

Thought I would give an update and let everyone know I'm still here and about to get some building done. Very Happy

if you are gonna try to heat it, you might be best to build a room in the garage bud
it is alot easier to hear an enclosed room than it is an open air garage

I was thinking of that. I may just try to build a curtain wall, something easily removed for larger projects (i.e., any woodworking I am doing). If I can heat a small space, it would be good.

Yeah wayne was just going to take part of the garage and i said about just making a room out there for various reasons eg: the cats and dogs. Got a heater out in his room and hes happy as a pig in poop Smile
